Alerts and notifications are great for keeping you informed about your tracker's location and activities. Review the steps below to set up real-time notifications. Take a tour of the new Alerts system here!

Please note: Most alert settings can only be managed through the website app: app.gethapn.com. However, you can set your alerts on "Do Not Disturb" mode through the mobile app. Click here for these steps.
Navigating to the Alerts management page
Step 1: Log in to our app from a web browser: app.gethapn.com.
Step 2: Once logged in, click Alerts from the menu in the top left-hand corner.
Step 3: From here, you can create or configure your alerts based on your preferences:
How do I create an alert?
To create a new alert, click on 'Create Alert' in the top right-hand corner of the Alerts page. Then customize the alert to your liking such as creating a name and description, etc:
- You can set up the alert to be active during a schedule throughout the week. Outside of the times, picked, no alerts will be sent even if other conditions are met.
- Select the trackers you want to receive the specific alert.
- Set up specific recipients to receive the alert, including Users on your account.
How do I edit an existing alert?
To edit or delete an alert, click on the three dots next to the alert you want to manage:
Setting up "Do Not Disturb" through the Mobile app:
On the mobile app, you can snooze your alerts and put them on "Do Not Disturb" mode. Follow the steps below for instructions:
Step 1: Log in to your account from the mobile app
Step 2: Tap on the menu icon on the bottom right-hand side.
Step 3: Under the Preferences section, tap "Alerts and Notifications"
Step 4: Check the icon on the right-hand side to enable "Do Not Disturb" mode and silence your alerts. Hit "Save Changes" at the bottom when finished.
