Q. How can I see where my tracker has been?
A. There are two different ways to review your tracker's recent activity on your account:
- Tracker Activity - Allows you to see the 25 most recent trips and stops from your tracker
Time Machine - Go back in time to see your tracker travel along the map.

Q. How do I track my device live?
A. Tap on the tracker icon on the map to see your tracker move in real-time. Click here for more information on tracking your device live.
Q. How do I see my tracker's battery percentage?
A. The battery percentage will be shown on the tracker activity card which displays the most recent information that your tracker reported such as the address, time, and the current status of your tracker. To see the battery percentage, scroll down on the activity card.
Q. How do I change the map mode?
A. You can change the way your map style appears on your account. There are four different modes: Light, Dark, Satellite and Mono light. Click here for the steps to change your map mode.
Q. How do I change my tracker icon?
A. Customizing the look of a tracker on an account is easy. Using the Hapn platform, you can change the name of your tracker, selecting the color as it appears on your map, and changing the icon.

Q. How do I set up my alerts and notifications?
A. Alert settings can only be managed through the website platform: app.gethapn.com. However, alerts can be silenced using the 'Do not Disturb' setting through the mobile app. Click here for these steps.
Q. How do I add a tracker to my account?
A. You may want to add an additional device to your account as a way to track multiple assets. There is no limit to the number of trackers on one account, however, each tracker needs its own subscription plan. Click here for the steps on adding a new device.
Q. How do I replace a tracker?
