How do I rename my tracker or change the tracker icon?

Customize the appearance of your tracker on the map. Follow the steps below to change the name and icon of your tracker.

Website: 

Step 1: Log in to the app from a web browser: app.gethapn.com.

Step 2: Once logged in, click on the icon with your initials in the top right-hand corner, and choose "Settings."

Step 3. Navigate to the Trackers tab and find the tracker you would like to change. Click Edit next to the tracker. 

Step 4: You'll have the option of changing the name of your tracker, selecting the color as it appears on your map, and changing the icon.

Step 5: Choose 'Edit Icon' to find the list of different icons that will be displayed on your map, then hit 'Save' at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Mobile app:

Step 1: Log into your account from the mobile app. 

Step 2: Tap on the tracker icon to launch the tracker card. Once the card opens, tap on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 3: Tap 'Settings' from the pop-up menu.

Step 4: Edit the tracker's name, and the shape of the icon that will appear on the tracking map. 

Step 5: To change the tracker icon that appears on your map, tap 'Edit Icon' in the top right-hand corner and the icons menu will appear. Tap 'Save' in the top right-hand corner of the page to save your new changes.
