The Fleet Dashboard puts the whole fleet on one page: what's moving, what needs attention, recent trips, places, alerts and how people are driving. It's the home page for fleet accounts: if your account is set up for fleet tracking, it's the first page you see after logging in.
Applies to: fleet accounts, on the Hapn web app at app.gethapn.com. Hapn sets your home page by how your account is used, so other accounts land on a different dashboard — equipment rental accounts, for example, see The Equipment Rental Dashboard.
What's on it
- Headline tiles — Active (assets active now, out of your total), Miles today, Open issues and Avg idle.
- Map — every asset, with Filters and quick chips for All, Active, Attention and Offline.
- Fleet Vehicles — a searchable list (sorted by status unless you change it). Each row shows the asset's state (Moving, Stopped, Offline), ignition or battery, open issues, tags, address and when it last reported. Select one to open it.
- Recent Trips — today's completed trips with route, distance, duration and end time. View all opens the Trips page.
- Places — how many assets are at each place right now and visits today.
- Issues — open device issues such as Offline, Low Battery or Check Engine Light. Expand one to see details and to Dismiss, Snooze, Resolve or View it.
- Alerts — recent alerts with the asset, address and time.
- Driving Behavior — the fleet score out of 100 for the last 7 days, the change against the previous 7 days, how many vehicles were scored, and each vehicle's score and rating (such as Good, Fair or Needs Attention) with its speeding count. View full report opens the Driving Behavior report. (This block replaced the older Speeding block.)
- Scout — ask about devices, trips, alerts or places in plain language, from the box at the bottom or Ask Scout at the top right.
Each block's View all takes you to the full page or report behind it.
