If you have an active tracker with us already, and you're looking to add another device, you can follow these steps to get the new device added to your account.
*Please note: A device can only be added by the Account Owner. If you are an admin or collaborator on an account, you will not have permission to add a new device to the account.
Website:
Step 1: Log in to our app from a web browser: app.gethapn.com
Step 2: Once logged in, click the Settings Gear Wheel in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Navigate to the "Billing" tab from the menu at the top of the screen, then select "Activate a new tracker."
Step 4: For security purposes, re-enter your account password.
Step 5: Complete the form to customize your device, choose a service plan, and get it activated:

Mobile App:
Step 1: Log into your account from the mobile app.
Step 2: Tap on the menu icon on the bottom right-hand side.
Step 3: Scroll down to the 'Preferences' section and select 'Account.'
Step 4: Click the button on the right-hand side.
Step 5: On the pop-up menu, select 'Activate a new tracker'
Step 6: For security purposes, re-enter your account password.
Step 7: Once logged in, complete the form to customize your device, choose a service plan, and get it activated.
