This guide will show you how to update the payment method for your GPS subscription.
Note: We currently accept major debit/credit cards and Klarna for installment payments.
Updating Payment Information on the Website

Log in to your account
- Visit app.gethapn.com in your web browser
- Enter your email and password

Access billing settings
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner
- Select the "Billing" tab from the top menu
- Click "Update Billing"

Verify your identity
- Enter your account password when prompted
- Click "Update" to proceed

Enter new payment details
- Input your new credit/debit card information
- Update your billing address if needed
- Click "Save Changes" in the bottom right corner

- Open the Hapn mobile app on your device
- Sign in with your email and password

Navigate to account settings
- Tap the menu icon in the bottom right corner
- Scroll down to the "Preferences" section
- Tap on "Account"

- Select "Update Billing" from the popup menu
