While your subscription is paused:

- Your tracker will not send live location updates
- You will still have access to your account and historical tracking data
- All alert notifications will be suspended
- Any unused days from your current billing cycle will be credited to your account
Resuming Your Service
Your service will automatically resume after your selected pause period ends. At that time:
- Your tracker will begin sending location updates again
- Billing will restart (with any credited amount applied)
- Alert notifications will be reactivated
To resume service early: If you want to resume service before your scheduled pause ends, you can reactivate your device at any time by following the steps in our How to Reactivate Your Device guide.
