How to Update Your Payment Information

You can update the card on file for your Hapn subscription from the web app or the mobile app. Hapn accepts major credit and debit cards, plus Klarna for installment payments.

Update payment on the web app

1. Log in at app.gethapn.com and go to Settings → Billing.
2. Click Manage Payment Methods in the top right.
3. You'll see every card on file. Each shows its expiration, billing address, and how many trackers it's assigned to, with one marked Default.
4. To change a card's details, click Edit Payment Method next to it, update the card number, expiration, or billing address, and save.
5. To add a different card, use the option to add a new payment method, then enter the new card details.

Update payment on the mobile app

1. Open the Hapn app and sign in.
2. Tap the menu icon, then open your account/billing settings.
3. Open Manage Payment Methods, choose the card, and edit its details.

Good to know

• If you have multiple cards, each tracker is billed to a specific card. Check the tracker count on each card so you update the right one.
• Setting or changing which card is the Default determines what's used for new trackers.
