How to Access Your Receipts

This guide will show you how to view and download receipts (invoices) for your Hapn GPS tracker subscriptions.

Accessing Receipts on the Web App

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to Billing
    • Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the left-hand menu to open Settings
    • Select the Billing tab
  3. View your receipts
    • Click the "View Receipts" button in the upper right corner
  4. Browse your receipts
    • You'll see a list of all your receipts, including the date, invoice number, status, and amount for each one

 

Accessing Receipts on the Mobile App

  1. Log in to the mobile app
    • Open the Hapn mobile app on your device
    • Sign in with your email and password
  2. Navigate to Subscription Management
    • Tap the menu icon
    • Select "Account"
    • Tap "Subscription Management"
  3. View your receipts
    • Tap "View Receipts" to see your list of invoices

Filtering and Downloading Receipts

Once you're on the Receipts page (web app), you can narrow down the list or save a copy of any invoice:

  • Filter by date range: Use the "Date range" dropdown to view receipts from a specific period (e.g., "Last 12 months")
  • Filter by status: Use the "Status" dropdown to view receipts by payment status (e.g., "All statuses," "Paid")
  • Download an invoice: Click the download icon next to any receipt to save a copy for your records

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I download a receipt as a PDF? Yes. On the web app, click the download icon next to any receipt in your list to save a copy.

Why don't I see a receipt for a recent charge? Receipts can take a short time to generate after a payment is processed. If a recent charge is missing after 24 hours, contact our support team for assistance.

Can I access receipts for canceled trackers? Yes, receipts remain available in your account history even after a tracker's subscription has been canceled.

Is receipt access available on both the web and mobile app? Yes, you can view your receipts through either the web app or the mobile app using the steps above.
