Updating Your Phone Number

1. Visit app.gethapn.com in your web browser
2. Log in using your email address and password
3. Select the "Settings" tab and "Account" from the left-hand menu
4. Find the "Phone Number" field displaying your current phone number
5. Click directly on the phone number field and enter your new phone number
6. Click "Save" to apply the changes

Note: Updating your email address is not currently available via the platform. If you need to update the email address on your account, please contact our support team for assistance

Can I update my account information using the mobile app? Currently, account information updates can only be made through the web app at app.gethapn.com.

How long does it take for account changes to take effect? Changes to your phone number and mailing address take effect immediately after saving. Email address changes take effect after verification is complete.
