Deleting your account removes the account from Hapn's records, along with any data associated with your account that Hapn isn’t legally required to maintain. Providing this capability gives you more control of the personal data you've shared.

Web App:
Step 1: Log on to the web app at app.gethapn.com
Step 2: Once logged in, you can click the Gear Wheel in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Navigate to the "Billing" tab from the menu at the top of the screen, then select 'Delete my account data.'
Step 4: Ensure all tracking plans are canceled. If any active plans remain active on your account, the option to delete tracking data will not be available.
Step 5: Review the Terms and Conditions, leave feedback, type "DELETE" and select "Delete my account"
Mobile App:
Step 1: Log in to the mobile app.
Step 2: Tap on the menu icon on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Step 3: Scroll down to the 'Preferences' section and select 'Account.'
Step 4: Click the option on the right-hand side.
Step 5: On the pop-up menu, select "Delete my account data"
