Log in to your account at app.gethapn.com, or in the Hapn mobile app. Use the email address and password you created when you activated your tracker.
Bought your tracker from Spytec? This is your login too. Spytec trackers are the same devices — the Hapn Atlas is also sold as the Spytec Atlas — and they're all managed in the Hapn platform. There is no separate Spytec account to sign in to.
Logging in on the web
- Go to app.gethapn.com.
- Enter the email address you used when you activated your tracker.
- Enter your password and sign in.
Logging in on your phone
Download the Hapn app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with the same email and password. The app and the web app show the same account — there's nothing separate to set up.
If you can't get in
- Wrong email? Your account uses the email address you entered during activation, which isn't always the one you bought with. Try any other address you may have used.
- Forgotten password? Select Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the reset email. See How to Change or Reset Your Password.
- Nothing works, and you're sure the email is right? The account may never have been created — see below.
Haven't activated your tracker yet?
You don't have an account until you activate. Activation is where you create it: you enter your email, set a password, and register your tracker's IMEI. Start at checkout.gethapn.com and follow How to Activate Your Tracker: Step-by-Step Guide.

Adding other people to your account
Everyone who needs access should have their own login rather than sharing yours — it keeps the record of who did what, and lets you control what each person can see. See Managing Users on Your Hapn Account.
To show someone a tracker's location without giving them an account at all, use a Live Link.
