If you need to end your monthly subscription plan for your GPS tracker, you can follow the steps below. Once cancelled, your billing will be stopped and your tracker will remain active until the day before your subscription was set to renew.

Step 1: Log in to our app from a web browser: app.gethapn.com
Step 2: Once logged in, click the 'Gear Wheel' icon in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Click on the "Billing Tab" from the menu across the top of the screen. Then select "Cancel payment plan for an active tracker".
Step 4: Enter your password again. You will see your tracker(s) and will want to hit the "Select" button for the device you wish to end service for.
Step 5. You'll have the option to temporarily pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Your billing and tracking will be stopped but you can still access previous data. Your billing will automatically renew once the time is up. If you still wish to cancel select "Continue to cancel" in the bottom right:
Step 6. Select the reason for cancellation. We take our feedback seriously and utilize it to improve our systems and customer experience. Select "Cancel subscription".
Step 8. Once the subscription has been cancelled, your billing will be stopped and your tracker will remain active until the day before your subscription was set to renew.

Mobile App
Step 1: Log into your account from the mobile app.
Step 2: Tap on the menu icon on the bottom right-hand side.
Step 3: Scroll down to the 'Preferences' section and select 'Account.'
Step 4: Click the button on the right-hand side.
Step 5: On the pop-up menu, select 'Cancel plan for a tracker'
