How do I Update my Account Information?

You may need to update your email address or change the phone number on your account. This is very easy and can be managed from inside your account!

How do I change my account's email address?

Step 1: Log in to our app from a web browser: app.gethapn.com  

Step 2: Once logged in, click the Gear Wheel icon in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Navigate to the Account tab and select "Change" above the current email address listed.

Step 4:  Enter the new email address. Once you have entered the new email, hit "Save and Verify." You'll receive a verification code at the new email address.

Step 5: Collect the verification code that was sent to your new email address. Once you have received the code, navigate back to your preferences and enter the code. Click "Save and Verify" to verify the email address and you'll automatically be logged out of your account.

How do I change my phone number?

Step 1: Log in to our app from a web browser: app.gethapn.com  

Step 2: Once logged in, click the Gear Wheel icon in the upper right corner.

Step 3: Navigate to the Account tab and click on the field under 'Phone' to update the phone number. Hit 'Save' to save the changes.

How do I update my account address?

Step 2: Once logged in, click the Gear Wheel icon in the upper right corner.

Step 3: Navigate to the Account tab and click on the fields under 'Address' to update the address on file. Hit 'Save' to save the changes.
