Step 1: Creating Your Account and Activating Your Tracker

Follow these steps to create a new account and activate your tracker. The process typically takes 3-5 minutes to complete.

Step 1: Access the Activation Page

1. Visit our activation page at checkout.gethapn.com

Step 2: Enter Your Information

1. Enter your email address (this will become your account login)
2. Create a secure password for your account
3. Enter the IMEI number from the back of your tracker

4. Select your preferred subscription plan from the available options
5. Choose whether to add the TrackerCare Protection Plan
   • This plan covers accidental damage and extends the warranty of your device

Step 3: Complete Payment

1. Enter your billing information on the checkout page
2. Review your order details and subscription choices
3. Click "Submit Payment" to process the payment and activate your tracker

Step 4: Confirmation

After completing these steps, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your tracker is now activated and ready to use!
