Mobile App: Your Real-Time Tracking Tool
The Hapn mobile app is your go-to solution for live tracking in real-time. It's designed for field use, providing immediate location updates and essential controls when you're on the move.
Downloading and Logging In
After activating your tracker, download the Hapn mobile app:
- Android: Download from Google Play
- iOS: Download from App Store
Log in using the credentials you created during tracker activation. For quicker access in the future, enable Face ID/Fingerprint login in your phone settings.
Following Your Assets in Real Time
The mobile app excels at real-time tracking:
- Tap any tracker icon on the map to select it
- The app will enter "Follow Mode," keeping the selected tracker centered as it moves
- View the tracker card at the bottom for live details, including:
- Current speed
- Battery level
- Last update time
- Current address
Web App: Your Account Management Center
The Hapn web application at app.gethapn.com is designed for detailed account customization, administrative tasks, and in-depth analysis. Use this platform when you need to configure your account settings or analyze historical data.
