Hapn connects to the rental and maintenance software many of our customers already run their business on. Once connected, your trackers' live location, hour meter and usage data show up inside that software — on the equipment record, the rental contract and the work order — so your team doesn't have to switch between systems.
The full, current list is on gethapn.com/integrations.
Rental management software
- Quipli — Hapn is Quipli's GPS tracking integration. A live tracking map inside Quipli, hour meter readings pulled automatically at on-rent, return, inspections and internal work orders, and trackers matched to equipment units by IMEI. You turn it on from Quipli. See How to Connect Hapn to Quipli and Assign Trackers.
- Point of Rental — an official partnership, built for Point of Rental Elite. Live location and status on the item record, yard and job-site zones with arrive and leave detection, engine hours and mileage feeding billing and maintenance, flags for overdue rentals that are still moving, and shareable tracking links for deliveries and pickups. It covers Hapn trackers and dash cams plus OEM telematics you connect through Hapn. Set up together with both teams.
- Renterra — current location, hours, meter readings and odometer on Renterra asset records, for usage-based billing and faster check-in and check-out.
- Texada — live location, meter readings and utilization (including OEM telematics brought in through Hapn) alongside rental contracts, dispatch and service, delivered over Hapn's API. Setups vary, so our team scopes yours with you.
- Alert Rental — meter readings that update rental tickets automatically for cycle billing, work orders when usage hits a service threshold, live location for dispatch and recovery, and zone and movement alerts. Connected over the AEMP standard telematics feed.
- DynaRent — location, operating hours and meter readings alongside DynaRent rental orders, service jobs and asset records.
- EZRentOut — location, operating hours and meter readings alongside EZRentOut inventory, orders and maintenance.
Recreation rental software
- Monologix — real-time location of your rental units, geofence and movement alerts for self-service and unattended rentals, and recovery tools.
- SmartRez (by Monologix) — real-time location alongside your SmartRez bookings, with geofence alerts for theft protection.
Maintenance software
- MaintainX — engine and operating hours and location feed your MaintainX assets, so preventive-maintenance work orders trigger on real usage instead of the calendar.
Equipment manufacturer (OEM) telematics
Hapn also brings in data from 50+ equipment makers' own telematics — Cat, John Deere, Komatsu, JLG ClearSky, Bobcat and more — so machines without a Hapn tracker still show up on your map. That's set up inside Hapn. See Connecting an OEM Telematics Provider to Hapn.
Getting connected
You'll need Hapn trackers with active service on the equipment, and an account with the software you want to connect.
- Quipli — you can start it yourself from Quipli; see the Quipli article.
- Everything else — the connection is set up with our team. Contact your Hapn customer success manager, or Hapn support if you don't have one, and tell us which software you use.
Most of these connections match each tracker to the right piece of equipment by the tracker's IMEI — the number printed on the device and shown in your Hapn account. See Where do I Find my Tracker's IMEI Number?
