For more information on how to review your tracker's previous locations, please click here. If you are still having trouble viewing your previous locations, please follow the steps below:
Activity Panel
Step 1: To access your Activities, click the Menu in the upper left corner > Activities
Step 2: Ensure your tracker is connected. If your tracker does not have a GPS or CELL signal, it cannot report its location to the platform.
- Reboot your tracker: You'll need to power on the tracker using the button on the top of the device and reboot the tracker. Learn more about how to Reboot your GL300.
- Test your tracker: Walk or drive around outside for 5 to 10 minutes with your tracker. The lights will indicate the connection of the tracker. Learn more about the lights on your tracker.
- Check your signal: Log in to your account to see if you're getting a signal.
Step 3: Check your filter settings. You will need to ensure your filter settings are narrow/large enough
- On both the mobile app and the website, the Activity Tab will only show up to 25 points at a time
- If you are missing an Activity Card then you may need to narrow or change your filter options. For example, try viewing an activity for one or two days at a time.

Reports
Step 1: Ensure your tracker is connected. If your tracker does not have a GPS or CELL signal, it cannot report its location to the platform.

- Check your signal: Log in to your account to see if you're getting a signal.
Step 2: Check your filter settings,
- If you are missing a point in your Reports, you may be able to locate it by viewing a larger pool of data from your Reports Section.
- Please also review the type of report you are searching. Here are the different Reports:
- Alerts: This report shows the recent alerts that have been triggered
- Boundary Activity: View the activity from your tracker entering and exiting your boundaries.
- Tracker Activities: This report features your recent tracker activity including the address, time, and duration of the trip.
- Tracker Positions: This report will show GPS positions that your tracker has been, the speed and distance the tracker traveled.

Step 3: Refresh your browser and clear your browser's cache history
- Depending on your browser, (Google Chrome is recommended) navigate to your Browser's settings and clear all of the browsing data. Then reopen the browser and try the Activity search once again.
