Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Products purchased from spytec.com or gethapn.com within 30 days of purchase
- Products in original packaging with all included accessories
- Products that are not damaged due to misuse
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- GPS tracking service plans (these are nonrefundable)
- Products damaged due to misuse or modification
- Products without proof of purchase
Return Process for Direct Purchases
If you purchased your product directly from our website (spytec.com or gethapn.com), follow these 4 simple steps:

Submit an RMA Request
- Complete our Return Merchandise Authorization form
- Include your order number and reason for return

Receive RMA Confirmation
- We'll email you to confirm receipt of your request
- Your email will include an RMA number and return shipping instructions
- Note: Returns without an authorized RMA number cannot be processed

Ship Your Return
- Package your item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and components
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email

Receive Your Refund or Replacement
- We'll process your return within 3-5 business days after receipt
- Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles
- Replacement items will be shipped after we receive and inspect your return
Important: If returning a tracker, remember to cancel your subscription to avoid continued billing. See the Subscription Cancellation section below for instructions.
Return Process for Amazon Purchases
If you purchased your product through Amazon:

Use our RMA Form
- You can use our standard Return Merchandise Authorization form to initiate your return
- Select "Amazon" as your purchase source in the form
- Provide your Amazon order number

Use Amazon's Return System
- Go to "Your Orders" in your Amazon account
- Find the order and select "Return or Replace Items"
- Follow Amazon's instructions to complete your return
- Amazon-specific return policies will apply
Hapn Lifetime Guarantee
The Hapn Lifetime Guarantee provides additional protection for your purchase:
- Covers products purchased from an authorized retailer (including our websites and Amazon)
- Qualifies you for a product exchange with valid proof of purchase
- Requires an active subscription for coverage
- Is non-transferable to subsequent owners
The Lifetime Guarantee does NOT cover:
- Compatibility issues caused by third-party technology
- Damage from improper use or accidents
- Products without an active subscription
Subscription Cancellation
After returning your tracker, remember to cancel your subscription to prevent further billing:
- Log in to your account on app.gethapn.com
- Go to Account Settings
- Select "Billing"
- Choose "Cancel plan for a tracker"
- Follow the prompts to complete cancellation

Frequently Asked Questions
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
How long do I have to return my purchase? Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Can I return a partially used product? Products must be in resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories to qualify for a refund.
What if my product is defective? Defective products reported within 30 days of receipt qualify for free return shipping and immediate replacement.
