TrackerCare is our premium warranty program designed to give you peace of mind while using your Hapn trackers. For $1.95 per month per tracker, you receive enhanced protection and priority service that goes beyond our standard warranty.

How Much Does It Cost?
TrackerCare is priced at $1.95 per month per tracker. This charge will be automatically included with your regular monthly subscription payment.
If you have a prepaid subscription plan, the TrackerCare fee will be billed upfront along with your prepaid subscription amount. For example, if you prepay for 12 months of service, the TrackerCare cost ($1.95 × 12 = $23.40 per tracker) will be added to your total prepaid amount.
How to Add TrackerCare
During Initial Activation
When activating your new tracker at checkout.gethapn.com, simply check the box to add TrackerCare to your plan.
For Existing Accounts
You can add TrackerCare to any active tracker at any time by contacting our customer service team at support@gethapn.com or submitting a ticket.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add TrackerCare to existing trackers? Yes, you can add TrackerCare to any active tracker at any time. Coverage begins immediately upon activation.
What happens if I cancel TrackerCare? Coverage ends at the end of your current billing cycle. You cannot file new claims after cancellation, but any claims in progress will be honored.
Do I get a refund if I don't use my annual replacement? No, unused replacements do not carry over to the following year and are not refundable.
Can I transfer TrackerCare to a new tracker? TrackerCare is tied to specific devices. If you replace a tracker through our replacement program, TrackerCare automatically transfers to the new device.
What if my tracker is lost or stolen? Lost or stolen devices are covered under the accidental damage benefit.
