Follow these steps to update the card that is tied to your GPS subscription.
💡We currently only accept major debit/credit cards as payment methods, but you can also use Klarna to make your payments in installments.
Website
Step 1: Log in to the app from a web browser: app.gethapn.com
Step 2: Once logged in, you can click the Gear Wheel in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Navigate to the "Billing" tab from the menu on the top, then select "Update Billing".
Step 4: For security purposes, re-enter your account password.
Step 5: Click "Update" in the bottom right corner to add the new information.
Step 6: Enter the new payment information and billing address. Once completed, hit "Save Changes" on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Mobile App
Step 1: Log into your account from the mobile app.
Step 2: Tap on the menu icon on the bottom right-hand side.
Step 3: Scroll down to the 'Preferences' section and select 'Account.'
Step 4: Click the button on the right-hand side.
Step 5: On the pop-up menu, select 'Update Billing'
Step 6: For security purposes, re-enter your account password.
Step 7: Click "Update" in the bottom right corner to add the new information
Step 8: Enter the new payment information and billing address. Once completed, hit "Save Changes" on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
