Troubleshooting
No lights on Asset Tracker when placed on pad:
- Reposition the tracker to ensure it's properly centered
- Ensure the charging pad is receiving power (solid green light when empty)
- Check that the USB cable is firmly connected to both the pad and power adapter
Charging pad doesn't light up:
- Verify the power adapter is plugged into a working outlet
- Try a different USB cable
- Check for any visible damage to the charging pad
Tracker stops charging before completion:
- Ensure the tracker remains centered and doesn't slide off the optimal charging position
- Keep the charging pad on a flat, stable surface
- Avoid placing metal objects near the charging pad during charging
Tips for Optimal Charging
- Regular charging: Recharge your tracker when battery level falls below 20% for best battery health
- Storage: If storing for extended periods, charge fully before storage
- Temperature: Charge at room temperature (65-75°F/18-24°C) for best results
