What You'll See
Our app provides the ability to see your GPS tracker location and your phone's location at the same time. Your phone's location appears as a blue dot, and your tracker location appears as a tracker icon:
If you are not seeing your tracker's location, you can follow these steps to resolve the problem:
How to Resolve
GL300 Tracker
- Your device likely needs to obtain a cellular / GPS connection:
- Charge your tracker: Ensure your tracking device is fully charged. The device typically takes 4-6 hours to charge. Learn more about how to charge your GL300 tracker.
- Reboot your tracker: Once the tracker has been powered on using the button on the top, it will then need to be rebooted. Learn more about how to Reboot your GL300.
- Test your tracker: Walk or drive around outside for 5 to 10 minutes with your tracker. The lights will indicate the connection of the tracker. Learn more about the lights on your tracker.

Check your signal: Log in to your account to see if you're getting a signal.

OBD Tracker
- Your device likely needs to obtain a cellular / GPS connection:
- Plug your device into the OBD into the OBD port of your vehicle. Review our article for more information: How do I install the OBD Tracker?

Check the lights on your tracker. The lights will indicate the connection of your tracker:
• The blue light (GPS) will go from blinking to a solid color.
• The green light (CEL) will go from blinking rapidly to a slower blink. -
Check your signal: Log in to your account to see if you're getting a signal.

Hardwired Tracker
- Your device likely needs to obtain a cellular / GPS connection:
- Ensure your tracker is installed in the vehicle. We recommend installation by a professional technician.

Test your tracker: Drive around outside for 10 to 15 minutes with your tracker. The lights will indicate the connection of the tracker:
• The red light (GPS) will go from blinking to a solid color.
• The green light (CEL) will go from blinking rapidly to a slower blink. -
Check your signal: Log in to your account to see if you're getting a signal.
