Updating Your Email Address
Step 1: Access Account Settings
- Visit app.gethapn.com in your web browser
- Log in using your current email address and password
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner of the screen
Step 2: Change Your Email
- Select the "Account" tab from the top navigation menu
- Locate your current email address
- Click "Change" next to your email address
Step 3: Verify Your New Email
- Enter your new email address in the field provided
- Click "Save and Verify"
- A verification code will be sent to your new email address
- Check your new email inbox for the verification message
- Return to the Hapn account settings page
- Enter the verification code you received
- Click "Save and Verify" to complete the process
Important: After verifying your new email address, you'll be automatically logged out. You'll need to log back in using your new email address and your existing password.
Updating Your Phone Number
Step 1: Access Account Settings
- Visit app.gethapn.com in your web browser
- Log in using your email address and password
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner of the screen
Step 2: Update Your Phone Number
- Select the "Account" tab from the top navigation menu
- Find the "Phone" field displaying your current phone number
- Click directly on the phone number field
- Enter your new phone number
- Click "Save" to apply the changes
Updating Your Mailing Address
Step 1: Access Account Settings
- Visit app.gethapn.com in your web browser
- Log in using your email address and password
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner of the screen
Step 2: Update Your Address
- Select the "Account" tab from the top navigation menu
- Locate the "Address" section
- Click on each address field you need to update (street address, city, state, zip code)
- Enter your new address information
- Click "Save" to apply the changes

Can I update my account information using the mobile app? Currently, account information updates can only be made through the web app at app.gethapn.com.
